1.Recruiter
-Responsible for organization and implementation recruitment relevant work, including recruitment channel/resource management, interview, follow up the hiring process.
-Deal with employee disputes.
-Any other HR operation jobs requested.
2.Compensation & Benefits
-Receives and responds to inquiries and transaction requests regarding payroll, benefits, policies and general human resources matters.
-Administer assigned components of payroll processing to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of payments for region. Liaise with Payroll Vendor, HR and Finance team member.
-Work on the social security management.
-Any other HR operation jobs requested.
3.Training

4.Employee Relationship
-New employee data entry and management
-Signing of labor contract
-Distribute and manage Employee cards
-Factory access control
-Handling quit process
-Handling work related documents
-Assist to complete the new employee registration procedure

-(RBA)Cooperate customer audit

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
-Bachelor or above.Major in Business Administration/Economics relevant/ Administration relevant.
-Good English or Chinese language skill.
-Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
-Familiar with Thai local labor laws.
-Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
-Relevant HR experience is preferred. |
