At least more 10 years of hands-on plastic ( Injection Molding) production management experience.
Management skill and experience in supervise subordinates.
Strong skill in plastic injection process.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of engineering and manufacturing principles and practices.
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and proactively solve problems.
Can start or setting and re-start the injection molding machine will be given consideration.
Can command or understand in basic japanesee language. |
