Business Partnering
• Provide effective support in executing global and local HR strategies/program that is in line with local rules and regulations.
• Provide professional HR advices and support to management and line managers on both strategic and operational HR issues.
• Lead recruitment effort and support strategies
• Conduct an effective new hire onboarding orientation program that enable new hires to settle in their new job quickly.
• Support performance management by partnering leaders in implementing Performance Improvement Program (PIP), conduct disciplinary inquiry, coaching and counseling managers and employees.
• Improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution;
• Conduct employee relation counseling, exit interviews, employee dialogue.
• Support employee retention by managing employee relations, conduct employee dialogue and exit interviews and promote internal communication, staff well-beings in order to enhance staff morale and retention.
• Develop training plans and procedures; monitor the execution of training plan. Assess the effectiveness of critical training.
• Support the talent management and succession planning initiatives by identifying internal talents/competencies and plan programs to develop the individual’s potential for internal career growth.
• Introduce process and systems improvement by collecting and analyzing information, developing solutions and recommending courses of action.
• Complete special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
• Manage expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing time and cost issues; preparing reports.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- EDUCATION: Bachelor degree in HR, or equivalent
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year of working experience specializing in Human Resource
- Good working knowledge of local labour legislations and human resources practices
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Strong planning and organizing skills, independent, result orientated and a team player
- Positive attitude, pro-active and highly motivated individual
- Good command in both written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with at least one HRIS / HR payroll syste |
