หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
1. Verify and check supplier invoices.
2. Prepare voucher for purchase ledger, JV.
3. Enter voucher into Accounting System.
4. Verify unit price / QTY with PO.
5. Verify documents – Tax invoices.
6. Check address for VAT report-Purchase VAT.
7. Check each supplier & reconcile creditor.
8. Recording MDN
9. Accrued expense
10. Match & posting to GL- Sun System.
11. Check scrap weight and issue tax invoice for sale scrap.
12. In case of service / verify of invoice for WHT – 5% 3% 2% 1%
คุณสมบัติ
1. Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.
2. 1-2 years’ experience up in accounting, new graduated is welcomed.
3. Good in English communication skill. |
