Tertiary Qualifications in related fields (marketing, mechanical & chemical engineering; Chemistry)
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excels at selling tangible, value generating solutions into a B2B market.
Strong ability to coach sales reports to a higher performance level.
Track record of successful distributor management
Asian regional sales experience (Ideal)
Can come from MWF or Tooling background
Experienced in managing, incentivizing, encouraging sales teams of distributor companies (probable companies like Kennametal) and direct sales to large end-users like Suzuki, Nissan etc.
Able to step up to GM's role is not essential but may be useful. |
